First, tomorrow morning from 8-8:30 we have a Friday Celebration where the whole school will come together and celebrate birthdays from February 1-14, and also hear from our Jr. First Lego team The Cheeseheads and from the PTA who will be sharing enthusiasm about our upcoming dance party!
Next week Monday 2/4 is our regular PTA meeting. This is an important meeting because it is a chance for a mid-year pulse check. How are we doing? What’s working? Where do we go from here? The meeting will be facilitated by Cooperative Extension. There will be childcare – and the childcare will include gathering the kids’ feelings and opinions on how we’re doing, too. Pizza and salad at 5:30, meeting starts at 6 in the library. Please do come!
Thursday 2/7 is a band and orchestra concert at 1pm in the cafeteria.
Friday 2/8 s our PARTY HEART-Y family dance party in the gym from 6-8pm. There will be a DJ, special lighting, crafts, a bake sale and so much fun! Suggested donation of $3/person, no one turned away. If you need a ride or if you can volunteer, please be in touch!
We have a week off February 18-22.
