Request for Funding Request funding for speakers, events, or other programs that benefit all children of the school. One week before a regularly-scheduled PTA meeting (always the first Monday of every month; no meeting in January) Chuck DePaolo (or PTA mailbox) 
Request for Reimbursement Requesting reimbursement for purchases made on behalf of PTA. Must attach receipts or invoices. As soon after the purchase as possible. Reimbursement will usually be handled at the next PTA meeting.  Aaron Abb (or put in PTA mailbox in the office) 
Classroom Materials This is your $50 Classroom allocation. Request reimbursement for classroom materials already purchased. Must attach receipts. All requests must be submitted by June 1. Reimbursement will be handled at the next PTA meeting. Chuck DePaolo, Aaron Abb (or PTA mailbox) 
Membership Joining PTA, requesting a membership card, paying dues, and any other questions about membership. Submit whenever you can. We always welcome new members, no matter what time of year. The official membership year is October 1st through to September 30th of the next year. Charles DePaolo
